PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assessment method for assessing a maturation value of a system or service, deterring that an assessment result depends on knowledge or skill of a person executing the assessment.;SOLUTION: The assessment of an assessment target is divided into a plurality of levels, at least one assessment item is set in each the level, and at least one decision criterion for deciding whether the assessment target fits the assessment item or not, wherein an answer becomes a binary type of whether it corresponds or not is set in each the assessment item. Thereby, by only answering 'YES' or 'NO' to each the decision criterion, the maturation value of the system or the service can be assessed, so that it is deterred that an error of decision by difference of the person executing the assessment occurs.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
