PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual experience apparatus, and a virtual experience method and program of the trouble solution process, capable of reducing sense of concern of an unexperienced person, by which the unexperienced person understands a structure of a product, and trial and error is applied to hypothesis formed by the person, even when the person encounters trouble which is not assumed beforehand, or when user's terminal environment is variable.;SOLUTION: Modification history of an internal state of a predetermined product is related to trouble solution procedure stored in a memory means, and in the modification history of the internal state stored in the memory means, the modification history of internal state information desired by a user is specified.
