PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge settlement system, capable of performing secure dialog between a purchaser at a remote place and a seller, and of securely performing a settlement between them.;SOLUTION: A purchaser portable terminal 1 transmits a charge settlement start trigger to a store portable terminal 2 via a charge settlement center 4. The purchaser portable terminal 1 and the store portable terminal 2 establish an IPsec data session with a charge settlement center 4 via an SIP server 3. When the settlement is performed, the IPsec data session is established between the purchaser portable terminal 1 and the store portable terminal 2 so as to exchange exchangeable information by P2P communication between the purchaser and the seller. Then only the final settlement information is transmitted from the purchaser portable terminal 1 to the settlement center 4. The settlement center 4 recovers the session between the purchaser portable terminal 1 and the store portable terminal 2, with respect to the purchaser portable terminal 1 and the store portable terminal 2, and controls the delivery of a secret key for establishing the session by each settlement item.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
