PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole training utensil which enables the training of a group of sole muscles at varied locations according to the exercising abilities of users.;SOLUTION: The sole training utensil 100 has a restorable aid member 120 sewn sideways in a base material such as a rectangular towel and a load support part 160 provided along the length of the base material 110. The load support part 160 is provided with hooking members 180a and 180b to enable the replacement of the load with diversified objects. The restorable aid member 120 can be set to a proper height to get toe fingers easily hooked on it. The feet are put on the sole training utensil 100 placed over the floor surface and the toe fingers are managed to be bent so that the load support part 160 side is pulled on way to the heels. The load spport part 160 is kept pulled by the toe fingers and then, when the heels are raised up, the sole training utensil 100 stretches so naturally as to be returned almost to the original form by an elastic restoration force of the restorable aid member 120.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
