PSOLUTION: This process for extracting and preparing the bast fibers is characterized by comprising a process for supplying ramie, hemp or flax to two bleaching treatments, a process for supplying to two alkali boiling treatments, and a process for loosening at high temperature, wherein the two bleaching treatments are a chlorine bleaching treatment and an oxygen bleaching treatment, respectively; a sodium hypochlorite solution having a concentration of 3 to 8 g/L is used in the chlorine bleaching treatment; a hydrogen peroxide solution having a concentration of 4 to 6 g/L is used in the oxygen bleaching treatment; sodium hydroxide is used in the first alkali boiling treatment in the alkali boiling treatments; the process for loosening at the high temperature is performed after the bleaching treatments and the boiling treatments; a sodium hydroxide solution having a concentration of 100 to 140 g/L is used in the process for loosening at the high temperature.
