PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a new polymerizable monomer for a high polymeric material having surface characteristics (water repellency, oil repellency, etc.), resistance characteristics (heat resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.), other characteristics (transparency, low refractive index properties, low dielectric properties, etc.) and alkali solubility, photosensitivity, solubility in organic solvents, etc., in combination as a fluorine-containing material and provide a new high polymer using the monomer.;SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing polymerizable monomer is represented by general formula [1] [wherein, A represents a single bond, an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, CO, CH2, SO, SO2, C(CH3)2, NHCO, C(CF3)2, a phenyl or an alicycle; a and b represent each independently an integer of 0-2; and 1≤a+b≤4].
