PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo component for expanding a range and convenience of industrial use via the Internet, by separating an unutilized bamboo material such as a neglected bamboo wood into respective bamboo components of a liquid phase component and a bamboo fiber component as continuous reproducible natural resources by applying pressurized hot water treatment as a help of an areal activation project.;SOLUTION: A plan is made by simultaneously taking into consideration materials and production capacity via the Internet, and a shortage of indirect personnel of business and production is compensated by utilizing an APS system of unitarily forming and establishing the final production plan information up to a goods delivery plan from receipt of an order. Simultaneously when answering a delivery date in real time to an order of a customer via the Internet, a bamboo material procurement instruction, a bamboo component production instruction and a shipping instruction are transmitted in accordance with order information of the customer via the Internet.
