PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and quantitatively measuring/evaluating an amount of an antioxidant or other nutritional components of a human skin tissue which includes a mucous tissue such as a periodontal tissue or the like, in vivo and noninvasively to a test subject.;SOLUTION: A surface of the skin tissue which includes the mucous tissue such as the periodontal tissue or the like of the test subject, is irradiated with visible light, and an obtained absorption spectrum is analyzed by using a multivariate analysis technique, whereby a specific substance such as the antioxidant or the like which is included in the skin tissue irradiated with the visible light can be quantitatively measured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
