PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrahigh strength steel sheet in which defects caused by hydrogen are prevented, and having excellent hydrogen brittleness resistance, to provide a method for producing the same, to provide a method for producing an ultrahigh strength hot dip galvanized steel sheet, and to provide a method for producing an ultrahigh strength hot dip alloyed galvanized steel sheet.;SOLUTION: Regarding the ultrahigh strength steel sheet, in a steel sheet having a composition comprising, by mass, 0.06 to 0.25% C, ≤2.0% Si, ≤3.0% Mn, ≤2.0% Al, ≤3.0% Cr, ≤0.04% P, ≤0.01% S, ≤0.01% O and ≤0.01% N, in which the total content of Si, Mn, Al and Cr is ≥0.3%, and the balance iron with inevitable impurities, oxide is comprised in 0.01 to 30 mass% by the average content to one or more kinds among the crystal grain boundaries at the surface layer within 10 μm from the surface, the inside of the crystal grains, and the crystal grain boundaries and the inside of the crystal grains.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
