PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user for selecting a service station to be used.;SOLUTION: This service station specifying server for specifying a service station as a candidate of a service station to be used by a user from among a plurality of service stations which print an electronic file transmitted from a user terminal, and provide a printed matter to a user is provided with: a reception part for receiving first information showing the desired reception time of the printed matter transmitted from the user terminal and second information showing the processing statuses of the processing for providing the printed matter transmitted from the service station terminal installed in each of the plurality of service stations; and a specifying part for specifying the service station which can provide the printed matter by the desired reception time as the candidate from among the plurality of service stations based on the first information and second information received by the reception part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
