PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail work vehicle, a rail patrol vehicle, and a rail truck capable of easily conveying an object for a long distance, and enhancing the safety during the conveyance.;SOLUTION: When a brake operating device 7 of a rail work vehicle 1 is operated by a worker, a brake device 12 of a rail truck 9 performs the braking operation interlockingly with the braking operation of a brake device 8 of a rail patrol vehicle 2. When a connection device 14 is released while the rail work vehicle 1 is traveling on a rail R, the rail truck 9 with the object mounted thereon is deviated dangerously. When the rail truck 9 is released from the rail patrol vehicle 2, a wire 13f is pulled, and the operational force is transmitted to an emergency brake device 13 via the 13f. As a result, the emergency brake device 13 is operated, a brake block is pressed against a flange face 11b of a wheel 11, and the rail truck 9 is decelerated for emergency stop.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
