PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a natural rubber wet masterbatch keeping high reinforcing property compared with conventional reclaimed rubber and powdery rubber and accordingly improving the material recycling ratio of waste rubber obtained from rubber products such as used tire, and provide a natural rubber wet masterbatch, a rubber composition produced by using the masterbatch and a pneumatic tire.;SOLUTION: The method for producing a natural rubber wet masterbatch at least contains a step to mix a natural rubber latex with a slurry solution obtained by dispersing carbon black in water in advance, provided that (i) the volume-average particle diameter (mv) in the particle diameter distribution of the filler in the aqueous dispersion slurry solution is 25 m and the 90 vol% particle diameter (D90) is 30 m, (ii) the 24M4DBP oil absorption of the filler recovered by drying the aqueous dispersion slurry solution is 93% of the 24M4DBP oil absorption before dispersing in water and (iii) 1-40 pts.wt. of powdery rubber is mixed in the production process up to the drying stage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
