PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic-wave shielding film which has both its visible-light transmission property and its high electromagnetic-wave shield property.;SOLUTION: The electromagnetic-wave shielding film 32 has a transparent supporter 4, a conductive mesh 1 stuck on the transparent supporter, and a transparent conductive thin film 2 formed in the region wherein openings 11 formed by the conductive mesh of the surface of the transparent supporter are present. Hereupon, the conductive mesh 1 is so buried in the transparent supporter 4 that the height of the upper exposed surface of the conductive mesh 1 and the height of the surface of the transparent supporter 4 are nearly equal to each other.
