The construction has upper and lower plates (1), and beams (5A) for a wall, where the plates and the beams are made of plastification and aluminum. The beams have a reheating or cooling system to reheat or cool the wall and a floor. The system has radiators in closed circuits filled with salted water. The plates have two spacers for assembling the beams, where the spacers fixed with transversal pins. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a house model without insulated storey formed by a construction (2) a house model with a mezzanine formed by a construction (3) a small swimming pool model formed by a construction (4) a veranda model formed by a construction (5) a garage model without storey formed by a construction (6) a dwelling house model without storey formed by a construction (7) a garden cottage model or small garage formed by a construction (8) a mobile home model formed by a construction (9) a kitchen furniture or bathroom model formed by a construction.
