The door or window has a leaf type frame (4) including central sealing units (3) between a fixed sash (1) and casements, and angles (5). The central sealing units include a rotating central sealing joint (6) continuous in the angles, and guiding units to guide the central sealing joint in the angles. The continuous central sealing joint presents a predetermined radius of curvature. The joint has ends whose assembly is carried out in the upper part of the frame. The continuity of the connection of the joint and to the guiding units is assured by continuity units.
