Surgical screw for reduction of foot fracture, has threaded part to be penetrated inside bone material, and sleeve with notches to place part in compression by locking of sleeve against bone by cooperation of notches with control rod
The screw has a threaded part (2) to be penetrated inside a bone material. The part is extended at its distal end by a sectile shaft (3) to be gripped and driven in rotation during implantation. A control rod (4) is arranged along the shaft. A sleeve has, in its inner cavity, notches to place the part (2) in compression by a locking of the sleeve against the bone by cooperation of the notches with the rod.
