The device has a bucket (1) comprising a vertical handle (2) articulated along a horizontal axis in two drilled tabs (5), so as to empty the bucket. The handle comprises a loop (6) permitting the fixation of a cord (3). The bucket is suspended on the cord by utilizing an S-shaped hook (7) and the loop is fixed on the handle. A cord (4) is fixed on the bucket by utilizing a ring integrated to the bucket.
