The barrier has a technical box (1) on which a housing (6) is mounted. The housing has a chassis (7) integrating a panel of photovoltaic cells that assures production of electric energy for supplying an electric case (5). Upper side (31) of the box has an opening (33) delimited by a circular peripheral edge (34) that permits guiding of projecting screws (32) around a vertical axis (28) for permitting spatial orientation of the housing.
