Billet or fagot maintaining device for use during manual or mechanical cutting, has fixed jaws arranged in V shape and serving as cradle to receive billet, and upper movable jaw actuated by pressing pedal downwards
The device has legs (3) situated at user side, legs (4) situated at side opposite to the user, and two lower fixed jaws (1) arranged in V shape serves as cradle to receive a billet. An upper movable jaw in opposite to the fixed jaws has an articulated part (6) and a curved part (7). The movable jaw is actuated by pressing a pedal (15) downwards, where the pedal is fixed at an end of a lever arm (11).
