The engine has a valve controlling device including an electromechanical actuator with an armature in connection with a valve (118). Opening of the valve controlled by the actuator is limited by a piston (201) with lifting lower than maximal lifting obtained in full opening when the armature is in contact with body of electromagnets, during top dead center positioning of the piston. The piston has recesses (202) opposite to the valve. The opening of the valve is limited by the piston with lifting higher or equal to lifting obtained when the armature is in a central equilibrium position.
