Semantic interpretation device for software agent, has translation unit translating events and messages into initial semantic representation and unit identifying semantic interpretation model conforming to representation
The device has an agent receiving messages and perceived and received events in a software agent. A translation unit (110) translates the events and messages into an initial semantic representation. A unit identifies a semantic interpretation model conforming to the representation. A unit (109) interprets the events by applying the model to the representation. A unit executes and generates an operation by the agent based on the events. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a method for semantic interpretation of contents of an event in a software agent (B) a multiagent system comprising software agents.
