The device has female and male fixing plates (1a, 1b), respectively including female and male sliders on one of their sides. The male slider cooperates with the female slider such that during assembling of the plates, the plate (1b) slides with respect to the plate (1a) parallel to edges of bands of nets. The plates (1a, 1b) have longitudinal rows of hooks (7) and pins (8).
