The knob has a body with a fixing base (30) at which a switch block (10) is fixed. A lock head (20) has a lock insert (23) rotating around an axis for actuating the block. A metallic key is housed in a plastic cap that surrounds a key head. A gripping handle of the key is connected to a skirt in which a handling rod remains projected. The skirt surrounds top of the head (20) until to a support (Q), when the key is in position.
