Electronic switch for motor vehicle, has permanent magnets arranged on sphere to generate magnetic field which is non-uniform and dissymmetrical with respect to sphere and to generate distinct signals related to selection sphere positions
The switch has permanent magnets (3) cooperating with Hall effect sensors (4) to generate distinct signals corresponding to different respective selection positions of a sphere (2) with respect to a case (1). The magnets are arranged on the sphere to generate a magnetic field which is non-uniform and dissymmetrical with respect to the sphere. The Hall Effect sensors have instantaneous magnetic field detection units.
