The blind has an upper axle (1) driven in rotation by a motor (16) and having pulleys (5, 6) connected to an intermediate unit (2). The unit (2) is horizontally moved between a lower unit (3) and the axle, when the pulleys are coupled together, to move deployed slates (33a) of slates (33). The unit (2) pivots around a longitudinal axis, when the pulleys are uncoupled, to pivot the slates (33a) around respective longitudinal axes.
