Luggage transferring installation for air terminal, has loading/unloading device to connect cargo compartment and trolley and to transfer luggage by rolling luggage rows perpendicular to their longitudinal axis, between device and trolley
The installation has a loading/unloading device (52) to connect a cargo compartment (51) and a trolley (10). The device is adapted to transfer rows of circular luggage (54) along their longitudinal axis, between the compartment and the device. The device is adapted to transfer the circular luggage by rolling the rows perpendicular to their longitudinal axis, between the device and the trolley. An independent claim is also included for a trolley adapted for the transfer of circular luggage.
