An input unit enters a normal boot signal or a fast boot signal. A host (14) receives the normal or fast boot signal in the switched OFF condition or standby operation mode of the electronic device and enables a normal or fast booting process, respectively. For the fast booting process, a fast starter in the host starts application programs specified in a fast boot signal and blocks unnecessary application programs.
