The device has rails fastened to concrete foundations such that high-speed rails are provided. The rails consist of a shaped part (1) which is U-shaped in cross section, and made from plastic, and which an intermediate plate is arranged between the rail and the foundation. The shaped part has a U-shaped core (2) made from flexible material, which is surrounded by a coat (3) from form-stable material. The core consists of high elastic plastic such as a foam structure of foamed plastic.
