The device has a high wind shield (2) that can be moved. A gap (3) is formed between a lower edge of the wind shield and an encasement (1). A guide vane (4) is arranged above the encasement at a distance behind the gap. The guide vane arranged behind the gap guides air flow against an upper part of the body of a driver of a motor bike, where air flowing against the upper part of the body produces a dynamic pressure.
