The lamp has a flat and standard fluorescent lamp of seven, nine or eleven watts to adjust the background brightness to the background conditions, and provided with a power plug and a coupler, which are inserted in the television set and monitor. The lamps can be hanged with two wires at a rear wall of the television and monitor. A power electronic plate is activated during switching on of the television set or the monitor.
