The device has a floating body (2) with a pressure block (20) that comprises a feeding block (21). The block (21) is provided with a through hole (22) and an axial rod that extends through the hole. A nozzle (5) is provided with a pin end (50) and a protruding rod, where the pressure block releases the protruding rod and the pin end opens a feeding drill of a feeding pipe, when an electrolytic solution of a battery evaporates.
