The mechanism has a swivel plate assembly coupled with a guide rod (11) and a guide assembly. The assembly has a swivel plate (31) which includes a protruding rod (311) that has a chamfer (3121) at its end. The chamfer fits with a guide groove (312), which is aligned on a conical body (331) of drive units (33). The body is driven and/or pushed forward to outwardly rotate connecting units (323) on an inclined surface of the groove.
