The mechanism has an electrically actuated servo valve (14) for controlling the fluid impact of a primary valve unit (4). A manual operating mechanism (15) can be switched by the deactivated valve from a ground position to a working position. A fluidic output pressure signal is obtained by activating the servo valve. The bi-stable implementation of the mechanism and fluidic switching results with fluidic actuating pressure signal.
