Security system for cylinder lock with rotatable bolt against manipulation using magnet has spring-loaded sliding locking bolt in rotatable bolt with catch which is released by magnetic field
The lock (1) has a rotating lock cylinder (6) with a magnetic coupling. It has a cutout (9) accepting a stop (8) moved by an electromagnet (10) with a coil (12). A rotary bolt (4) forms part of the locking arrangement (16) in accordance with the invention. The rotary bolt includes a spring-loaded (20) catch (18) sliding in a stepped bore (26) in the rotary bolt. An extraneous magnetic field may release a stop which engages in a groove (25) in the catch. The catch slides out to its fullest extent and engages a locking member (2), preventing its movement.
