The prefabricated construction elements comprise a freely expandable reinforced concrete outer wall (1) which is fixed (2) on an internal reinforced concrete bearing wall (3). Between the two concrete walls is a thick, continuous layer of thermally insulating material (4). An independent claim is included for a method of building construction from the elements.
