The packet has a spring (8), which is linked between a base unit (4) and a retaining unit (6). The base unit is attached at the retaining unit by a positive connection in such a manner that it holds the spring under pre-stressing. The base unit is manufactured from a plastic material. A hook unit (12) is provided with a lug (14) at the base unit, and a lug assembly recess (16) is provided at the retaining unit.
