Trigger circuit for electronically commutated electric motor has power transistor which is controlled over control unit depending on time, current, voltage and rotational speed of control member
Trigger circuit has power transistor (T1,T2) which is controlled over control unit (2,3) depending on time, current, voltage and rotational speed of control member (5) in such a way that in the normal operation they connects through fully and partially outside the normal operation. The power transistor has integrated temperature protection. The power transistor has integrated temperature protection so that when the temperature of the power transistor exceeds the threshold temperature than it gets completely closed.
