The method involves speech recognizer (1) which uses different speech models (4,5,4',5') for linguistic analysis and an emotion recognizer (2) is also present for determining the emotional condition of the person and depending upon the result of emotional analysis, the excitation condition of the person is determined. An independent claim is also included for the speech recognizing system.
