Image projecting device, has arrays of light emitting optoelectronic units, in which light of central projection lamp is absorbed or reflected at dark region of image or pixels of arrays are switched off to represent black region of image
The device has arrays of light emitting optoelectronic units e.g. light emitting diodes, and a projection surface (4) e.g. silver screen, formed by a projection optics (3). A convex lens forms an intermediate image upon receiving light from the units. Light of a central projection lamp is absorbed or reflected at a dark region of an image or the pixels of the arrays are switched off to represent a black region of the image.
