The method involves forming an estimation error in dependence of a corrected input unit, output units and scaling. Each corrected unit is formed in dependence of a coefficient and one output unit preceding each output unit. The scaling and coefficient are simultaneously adapted in dependence of estimating error, which is assigned to one output unit preceding the respective output unit. An independent claim is also included for a device for adaptation of scaling and coefficients.
