Machine tool center, for drilling/milling hollow workpieces, has components to gather measured temperatures with data transmission for evaluation/comparison to determine machining corrections
The information module to monitor workpiece (7) heat, at a drilling/milling machine tool center (13), has six components (1-6) in succession for the transfer of temperature values. Data are gathered continuously/in cycles only at the zero/center position (16) of the clamped workpiece. The components have data receivers (8) at a defined gap from the workpiece to be amplified, converted to digital/analog forms, transmitted for evaluation/comparison for machining corrections. Compensation is allowed for spatial/geometric changes at the contact points (10) between the tool (9) and the workpiece.
