A control gate of a field effect transistor (FET) (Q1) bypasses current that is to be passed into a diode (D 0), during interruption of a fuse (F) of a cutting circuit (F c), when voltage of the diode exceeds the stipulated voltage of a Zener diode (D z1) and the resistance of one of the diodes is increased.
