The stick has an adjustable grip, which consists of multi-part fixed broadening medium (3) and several spikes (5) reversibly adjustable along the longitudinal axis of the stick, within area of its attached-sided ends. The surface (6) of the medium is overlapped with the ends of the spikes, towards the attaching position, if the spike is attached in an attached-sided position (14).
