The device has crucible (8) with continuous bore (9). Bore is provided in casting position in the lower side of crucible, which is at upper side of muffle (2), so that bore of crucible and flow channel (4) of muffle are aligned. Liquid metal or metal alloy is squeezed by pressure applied by compressed gas from crucible through bore as well as through flow channel into the cavity (3) of muffle.
