Email management method for blocking spam mail transmission, involves performing corresponding blocking/transmitting action of email by comparing mail transmission data of email with mail policies one by one
The mail policies such as envelope information and header information are defined. A mail transmission data of the email is compared with the mail policies one by one when an agent receives the email to determine whether behavior of email matches the mail policy. Corresponding blocking/transmitting action of email is performed in accordance with the comparison result.
