The method involves searching and/or detecting lesions with automatic finding and checking computer aided reports by an assessing person. The lesions are excluded from the quantity of the lesions found by a computer. The excluded lesions are offered for a personal finding. The lesions are classified as already known and found lesions based on a comparison with the quantity of the lesions that found manually.
