Method involves collection of temperature values of work piece (12), after the completion of operation, under definite ambient conditions at certain specific point of time. The collected values are then compared with the desired values and if any deviation occurs then work piece qualifies as a defective one. An independent claim is also included for the device with vacuum chamber.
