The wind rotor has rotor with three radially arranged pair of wings (7) which rotate in a vertical axis and divide the rotor into equal large sectors whereby rotor blades forms partial blades at lower part and between the partial blades a passage for air is made. Partial blades work as resistance rotor during forward motion and lift rotor during backward motion.
