A method of regulating amplification errors in three-phase current measurement for an inverter comprises digitizing measured signals (imR,imS,imT), converting into real and imaginary parts (Xa,Xb) and forming correction values (delta g1*,delta g2*) and applying these to the digital signals. A method of regulating amplification errors in three-phase current measurement for an inverter comprises digitizing three measured signals (imR,imS,imT) from the phase currents, summing and converting into real (Xa) and imaginary (Xb) parts, forming the complex spatial index to a two-dimensional observation plane for the sectors, assigning the sum values to a first value and the real or imaginary values to a second value and forming correction values for real and imaginary parts. The digital signals are then treated with the two correction values (delta g1*,delta g2*) to control amplification errors. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a computer program for the above;and (B) a current regulating inverter as above.
