The seat has an adjusting unit including a guide marker (12) with a stopper (2) and a carrier (121). The carrier is adjusted together with a seat part along a linear track (90). The stopper is connected with the track in a force-fit manner when the stopper is separated from the carrier such that the carrier is moved vertically to shift a backrest of the seat from a folded position to a deployable position.
